Checking of opening balance of ledgers as per trial balance given & last year's balance sheet, checking of proper & presentable heads of account, proper date, correct amount debited or credited, incorrect or ommitted accounting entries, any violation of tax provisions or other applicable law provisions, closing balance of ledgers, arithmetical accuracy of ledgers, etc.
