Please eplain what are all the ledgers which we need concentrate mainly in internal audit and how to perform ledger scrutiny for those ledgers.

It depends on the scope of your Internal Audit. If you have exhaustive list covering all areas, then you have to concentrate the
1.supplier/sub-contract ledger to check for the rates at which you get the materials. how it differs between suppliers/contractors.
2. Revenue ledger to check for the recognition, whether any service or sale in not billed etc
