Leaves allowed article ship

Can you please tell me how many leaves are allowed and/or subject to extension in the following case?

Principal A) Period of Servise = complete 3 years ( 1095 days) and Leaves taken - 488 days.

Principal B) Period of Servise = 387 days and Leaves taken - 50 days.

Note : above both A and B served by a single Student. after Termination of Article ship from principal A, he Re-Registered with B.

Total leave allowed 1/6th of days served.... In case when u served 1095-488 days then leave allowed is 607/6 is 101 days.... U hv to serve extension period of 488-101=3870 days.... And in extension period no leave allowed but u have taken again 50 days leave so serve 50 days extended articleship once again.... Why did u do this...
