Is LTA deducted from salary monthly and paid only at year end?
can any company follow the above method of lta deduction?

LTA should be paid as a part of salary. It can not be kept on hold .

The word goes like leave travel allowance. Leave travel assistance is available to central and state govt employees.

So they can't deduct lta from salary monthly and pay at year end after tax deduction?

Tax can be deducted but LTA can't be deducted
