leave period - articleship

The sundays are NOT to be counted. Only working days are to be counted.

           As per the Rules and Regulations of ICAI regarding articleship an article student is required to work for not more than 35 hours a week.
            Sunday is a holiday as per norms. Thus it shall not be counted in leave. Monday and Saturday will be counted as leave. just remenber one thing that always maintain very peace relationship with your Boss.

Well soumya i dont think the sunday rules dont apply 2 article trainees. Sunday is a granted holiday for articles.

I am planning to take 3 months leave for my PCC exams.....

I want to know that .....will I be eligible for stipend in that period?

I had taken leave for 4 months for pcc but dint receive ne stipend for that period.

Should i ask my C.A to pay me for that period. Pls advice.
