Can failed students are allowed to take leave once again,,if so how many days

Well Dude, ICAI is silent on this issue... All it says it you can avail of leave to the extent of 2 months or leave credit available with you, whichever is less... Assuming you have given reasonable notice to your principal ( Hell, It doesnt even specify what is '' reasonable '' )...
However, you can take leave of as many days you like if your principal allows you to...Mutual Understanding you see.... :) :)
