Leave encashment
Leave encashment received by bank employees at the time of retirement is fully exempted or not. some of our friends are saying fully exempted. Income tax Dept has told him. plz clarify.

PSU and Nationalised banks employees are not considered as govt employees under Leave encashment.
Not fully exempt but exempt upto 300000 rupees
