plz cast a glance everyone who visits this site and i hope thr will be someone from whom i could get an answer......

i started my articles in Apr 2007 but took a transfer within three months...for which i have'nt enjoyed any leave...got transferred to another firm and have completed the remaining tenure there....

what i wanted to know is while calculating leave allowable according to Inst Guidelines...that is one seventh of the tenure....should the leave that i have'nt availed under my previous Chartered be included in my present leave set off calculation...i.e.  for 3.5 yrs articles...is 195 days (3.5yrs/ 7) allowed or 170 days i.e. not including 3 months not served under my present Chartered...?????

plz someone let me know the actual provisions .....

or send me the link from where i could go through myself....

Yup... u can enjoy leave of your original period wat u have.

And if u need the further assistnace ask anyone of your friends Guidance notes Book ( I think First PCC batch may be May 2008) which is offered by Our ICAI with all our study SUBJECT materials.

There it is clearly said about ur question. I dont have that book presently with me orelse i could post the whole matter here itself...
