a) Difference between letting asset on Lease & on Rental basis
b) How Gudgeting is different from Forecasting?

Hi,
Lease amount is repayable Rental amount is not repayable.
Lease is paid in lumpsum Rent is paid on monthly/installment basis.

Lease rental can be taken as repayables but in case it of operating lease and retal property both are rents. Why mostly lease are of 99 yrs? in bot the case ownership rests with the lessor or owner who let property on rent.
