"NO"  its not just a word, its a statement in itself which requires no further explanations and clarifications. The habit of saying "YES" to everything which comes our way simply makes us one among masses. Disagreement and putting forward one's own strong and meaningful opinion always outperform.

In Profession, Always remember that just because you can do something does not mean it is required. Think about things like your personal boundaries and the situation at hand. Delegating work to subordinates always help the executives to concentrate on core areas, by not doing so one can never become the boss and always burdened with non-core as well as non-productive work. It's equally important to keep in mind before saying " NO"  any kind of future guilt. We must always be aware of the persuasion techniques to change our mind to establish a firm offence.

Many a times, we do come across a  situation when we regret of agreeing and committing something in a hurry and later on realizing that it would be better to deny it, to avoid such circumstances one should always ask for a little more time so that we can reconsider the situation and then decide.

It's we who have to decide what our priorities are and have the courage-pleasantly, smiling and non apologetically - to say "NO" to other things. And the way to do that is by having a bigger "YES" burning inside.
