Leadership

Leadership is an intangible quality in a human being to encourage his followers to do whatever; they are intended for to do with passion and confidence.

Leaders are acknowledged by different designations in special organizations. In a tribe leader is a chief, in a family, he is a head. A cricket team as captain, Army designates its leader as commander. However, leadership is not submissive, it is active. It creates confidence and inspires its staff or coordinates. It helps the team-mates to confer their highest for the achievement of the objectives.

The perception of leadership has not been precisely defined by anybody. Literally, the term leadership indicates to lead. The verb to lead has two meanings;

1.       To govern, guide and command others and lead the corporation.

2.       To excel or to be in progress
