Query has three different parts, which do not syncronise....
True Love: has no boundries, no barriers of age, cast, religion, nationalities.......... etc........
A boy and a girl of the said age........: most of the time the natural instict is mistaken as love......Gets subsided when better opportunity/ies are available......
Law: For marriage in India, law do not permit till both of them attain majority....
