Is Munish Bhandari's HANDBOOK (NOT TEXT BOOK) sufficient for CA final LAW??? Should I do any thing more?? Can any one tell me?? Thankx !! I'm feeling tensed as it seems to have omitted a lot from the study material and I have prepared based on the hand book..Thanks again

hey sheila...i'd say its better that u cover company law from our material and the rest from wherever u want! most of the exam q are based on whats given in the material. u cud omit things like the schedules, producer companies, and sebi. its what i did last time..i cleared the paper...though not the course!!!

this is rahul in my view if you have done handbook of minish bhandari atleast you can expect passing marks. what i suggest is that you do only the following acts from text book:
competition act
FEMA
SCRA
SEBI
Interpretation
all the above acts covers atleast 50 marks you can see the last 7 attempts suggested papers.One more thing atleast one time go through the practical question from text book also. Preparing 5 chapters from text book out of 20 is not a big deal.

i am teaching corporate law at surat since last three years and as per my findings manish bhandari is exhaustive book for COL. don't touch our study material its awful and not trustworthy as it might not be updated one.

In my view this Handbook is just fabulous. You get all the points in Tables which is very helpful for further revisions. But, it is assumed that you have earlier studied law comprehensively, say from Munish Bhandari Question and Answer Form Book. The Q & A book is best for understanding the concept and Handbook is best for revisions.
