plz tel me as i appearing in nov 10 dat as der was annoucment 4m institute dat pcc students should refer ippc study material for costing fm it sm audit & law im question dat it complusory to use study material or we can bks other authors???

one more thing dat gratuity amendment 2010 & companies bill 2009 is applicable for nov 10 pcc xamination???

 Dear Members of CA Club India

Prevention of Money Laundering (Amendment) Act, 2009 is NOT APPLICABLE for CA Final Old Syllabus since this Act does not form part of Old Syllabus.

However, the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2009 and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and 2010 are APPLICABLE for CA Final Old Syllabus also.

The Handbook will be released all over India on Monday, 6th September, 2010. But, please make a call at the nearest bookshop before going there so as to avoid any disappointment.
