Hi Pranav,
In a theoretical subject like law, presentation matters a lot. You should take a note of following points:
1. Mentioning section number in Companies act and other laws is recommended, not mandatory. Do not mention any section if you are not 100% sure about it.
2. Try not to write the whole answer in a single paragraph. Bifurcate it into number of sub paras. For instance, in a case study based question, write your answer in 3 paras: provision of law, facts of the case and the conclusion you have made.
3. You can underline important points and keywords and make flowcharts in the answer to make a good impression on the examiner.
For a 4 marker question, writing a one page answer will suffice. However, you are not judged on the quality of answer; not its length. There is no hard and fast rule for length of answer.
