Law case study..urgent help

i have my law exam tom..need urgent help

 

i havent learnt any sections in law...so while answering case studies can i start every case study like this..

 

As per the provision of companies act 1956??????????????????

yes u can use these wording while writing the answer of a case study, but be attentive that the provision matter u write in the answer, should be a part of the Companies Act. The matter of provision should be correct & valid in law.

yes u can start like tat but b careful.even u think of showing any section ensure tat it is a right dont shown anything wrong.....if u dunno better u leave.sections doesnt matters in ipcc level......and my best wishes for examsmiley

Ya,u can. for ex.,if the que.is asked abt circumstances in which change of object clause can be done, u can start ur question like this..... as per the provisions contained in section 17(1) of the companies act,1956.... and likewise,do in case studies also. my exam is also on tomorrow.all the best.
