HAND BOOK IS SUFFICIENT FOR EXAM PURPOSE.

i suggest full text bcz, that text contains many practical questions and solving such qns are must for exam... handbook usefull for quick revision.

Yes...... I agree with Avinash..

If you want to depth study then go for full text.

I suggest full book as you are going for self study..as full book contains more practicals as well as explanation..

Handbook is like summary book and contains only provisions almost..

If time permits you go for full book..waise full book is quite lengthy !!

you cant revise the main book before exam. only hand book will be sufficient for exam.

I would definitely second the opinion of learned member Mansi.

Considering depth required for CA final law preparation, I would also suggest you to go for full text book of Munish Bhandari.

This book will help you to understand the concepts in a better way. Also refer corporate law Bare Act for CA Final law preparation.

Do not forget to refer ICAI suggested to preparing law practical problems.

first go for main book otherwise u will not understand handbook

Full text is advisable. And good luck!

dear pawandeep, dekh yaar, take the handbook and main book both, read from hand book , if you face any problem , forexample , i faced a problem with the topic" directors occupying OPP " in dir chapter, so i referred 2 main book for that topic, otherwise handbook is ok. i have exemptions @ both the levels of CA in law and refered 2 hand book only even in PCC

u can go for Hand Book + Practice Manual ... For SEBI (ICDR) refer module or 2nd book of MB as handbook contains few proviso of SEBI (ICDR) but not all .. ALL the BEST !!!!!

Hi Pawandeep..........

1)Refer munish Bhandari text book to understand relevant provisions .

2) complete and revise all the questions of Practice Manual at least 4 times before exam.

3) Use last 3 Rtp (including current Rtp).

4) With a good execution in the exam hall , you will be able to score more than 60% easily.

Best of Luck for your exam.

Don't get distracted just go for Hand Book its more than sufficient I have seen many of my seniors using the same and scoring exemption in the paper

hand book and practice manual sufficient

hand book is sufficient
