how r these two subjects? is it possible to study these two on your own or i will have to look for another institute?

If you are totally new to Audit and law subject then i would advise you to join some coaching or start group study with your friends.
Self study for Audit and law subjects without any basics is possible but it would be really time consuming.
So decide accordingly.
Yes you can do auditing at home but law has some typical language to grab it so it depends on person to person...
