is it that only para 9.4 of module is applicable in the case of winding up??? it is only the general provisions in case of winding up.

does it meant that modes of winding up are not applicable??

Hi Gaurav yes only para 9.4 is applicable. as per institute amendmend applicable in may-12 exam. is it. u also see these in RTP MAY-12 . in this given whcih topic are applicable in may exam.
