Choose an appropriate time when your mind is fresh so that you can concentrate better, Select the topic which you will study for that day. After having read it, try to make short notes on what you studied. Then try to recall whatever you studied and get back to your other activities. Before starting the next topic just try to recollect what ever you studied previously.
