how to good marks in law paper around 70-75 ... should we write the answers in the language used in material itself ??

yes. u have to use the same language and sections to score more in law.
I scored 69 in CA Final Law paper, by following the same practice.
Scoring good better mark is not based on the reproduction of Law section. You can use main content with good presntable manner. your answer should be value added, this means if you can able to suppliment additional relevant point will be added advantages.
