Click on "whats New". You will find the new template over there.

Visit MSTD website www.mahavat.gov.in
 Go to “Dealer services” tab and select “New Automation”
 Click on “Return”
 You will be redirected to “Home page”
 Go to “Download” tab and select “Return”
 Click on Return Template

A zip (compressed) file will get downloaded. Unzip it to extrace the Excel file of return template. This will be the latest template 1.0.002
