compute the income as per man slab and also compute as woman slab and divide it by 2 that should be tax laibility of boby darling

so simple...if bobby darling wanna file his/her return...ask her/him to say which slab he/she will like...!!

Dear All...

First of all you have to check his/her status in PAN Card....

If He/She had not yet applied for a PAN No...

Than You have to check her status for the Previous year for which income tax is to be computed

how can nybody has filed return w/o a PAN ?

n if it is feasible...then if wants to chang its slab then wht?

well..if he files by d name pankaj i.e his original name den d 1 applcble for men n if bobby den d 1 applcble for women..

 1.1st opinion is that in the case of boby darling,

uske pas abhi bhi sare certificates as a male hei na ki female ke. he doesn't have prove of the same.

isliye slab rate individual(male) ka hi lagega lkn agr saal me kisi bhi din wo ye prove kr de ki now he is female to slab rate female ka hi lagega...

2.you know institute has asked you confirmed answer as institute has weighted of 20 marks of this question so you must have knowledge of a.y.2009-10.as per a.y.2009-10 there is no defination included in the income tax act of male,female or other category.

so u must have written also regarding this.and as per u see feelings of boby darling like a female so u also can say that she/he has also applicable FEMALE slab rate because in india every one want to pay less tax and want more white income but still institute has not launched suggested answer so depends upon the suggested answer what will be the answer.

3.said that he/she has all certificate of male and not female but no one of us go to bobby darling home to see the certificate and also no books published in the market who has that certificate of male may be he cnverted female also and you already know this quetion has 20 marks weighted so answer must be sure.

4.I ALSO READ I.TAX BEARER ACT BUT THERE IS SLAB APPLICABLE OF INDIVIDUAL(MALE,FEMALE,SENIORCITIZEN MALE AND FEMALE) BUT THERE NO SLAB FOR SHEMALE.AS BOBBY DARLING IS SHEMALE SO MAY BE HE/SHE IS EXEMPTHED FORM I.TAX

His/Her Income shall be exempted u/s 10.......
