Dear Ankur,

Thanks for sharing such valuable judgements. I have one query. We had despatched goods against 'C' form to our customers and they had provided us 'C' forms. But the Dept. is not allowing such 'C' forms on grounds that the CST number is not valid and the date of effect of CST number is not matching with the sales made for the period. Do you have any caselaws for this issue ? How did you get such judgements ?

when compared with this file (/share_files/files_download.asp?files_id=22130) i'm unable to locate a lot of cases and there are cases in the handouts but not in the institute's material. anyone?
