Late Submission of Form 112

There won't be any problem if u submit form right now...

Its just that, u've to write some genuine reason for not submitting that form earlier and have to pay Rs. 1000..... Othervise, there's no such thing, that will disturb ur studies or registeration wid ICAI...

So, don't worry, just submit ur form asap/....

its nowhere written  that institute may take an action if u dont submit the form 112 . if we guys are persuin any regular pragram , then only its our liability to fill the form just to intimate that we will complete our working hours of training.

i think there is no need to fill the form now, u must have sufficient reasons to explain ur attendence during articleship ,in case institute inquire something (that too in worst cases).

ramesh this is link where it is mandatory to submit the form. you can go thru this. these are regulations 65 & 78

but my freind its nowhere written what action will be taken bu institute if you dont submit the form.

plz  yar tell me if u get any other information about the action against non submission of form 112

institute can take action only if u dont have any reasons to explain that u r not undergoin articleship.

so accordin to me if u  r persuin cs & do not fill the form 112 .institute cannot harm u.

Hello sir...my name is  anand..i studied in ur institution in the year 2010  and completed ca-ipcc...thank u very much for ur teaching sir.....and joined in articles in the month of feb 2012...and got registered with icwai in the month of oct 2012...I did't take icai permission and i did't send 112 form before getng registered....now i want to send 112 form...can i send now?..if i send now will my articles are effected ?....what should i write in condonation letter?....is there any serious action against me by sending 112 form now? .....pls frnds pls very very urgent ...help me....

It will be okay atleast now you can send form 112 icai will condone this delay

Dear sir ,   

                 I had enrolled my self in mba distance learning after completion of my articleship but the commencement of mba course is just 3 days before compleyion my  articleship .am i required to submit form 112.and i am a qaulified ca and submitting membership no. So please help me in this regard
