i started my articleship in september 5,2011 and left the firm after october 10,2011 and my CA signed my form no. 109 on that date but he didnot give me the forms and kept it and submitted to ICAI in December 30,2011 but i am already joining other CA firm after november but not got form 103 signed. Now i want to know what happens to the date of my final exam of may 2014. will my exam date postponed or remains the same.please help me in this sort of situation.

First of all make sure that the institute allowed you the transfer or not.
As per rules you can not take transfer in first 6 months.

And if they accept your transfer then they will send you the letter to deposit the late fees draft and after depositing it,submit your 103 along with late fees.
If they accept,there will no change in your Ca final exam.
i think i can take transfer any time during 1st year of my articleship because so many of my freinds are doing that. that won't be a problem.
can u tell me what is the late fees plzzz tell me
it depends on the how much time is late to submit.
Download form 109 from icai.org and at last page you found the table for late fees.

I have taken transfer from my C.A. firm on 27/06/2013 and get signed on form 109 on 28/06/2013 by my principal. But joined my industrial training on 11/07/2013.
Should I pay fine if I submit both the forms together i.e. 104 & 109 on 06/08/2013.
