Late submission of form 103

Fee for late submission of form 103 is now as follows:

Within 30 days of date of commencement or article training= No Fee

Next 30 days (Means total 60 days from date of commencement of articleship)= 500 rs.Demand Draft

from 61st day to 180 days= Rs. 1000 Demand draft

from 181st day to 365 day= rs. 2000 Demand draft

Demand draft Shall be in favour of "The Secretary, The Institue of Chartered Accountants of India".

Institute demands further evidences such as Original deed (form 102) on a non judicial stamp paper of rs. 100, Work diary, attendance record, stipend details in form of bank pass book and bank statement,condonation letter from employer.  All such evidences must be attested by employer.

I have done my articleship registration by online mode on 28/04/18. Do I need to submit form 103 before april 30th 2018 in order to get my first final attempt in nov-2021
