late submission of articleship form.

sir I have submitted my form-102 after 4 months. now I received a letter from institute for confirmation of late filling along with documents.
sir, I have all the documents except Stamp paper because I have submitted the stamp paper along with form-102 by mistake.
Now please advise ME what can I do in this situation.
