it is applicable 50 rs per day and 20rs per day for nil return but PORTAL is Not calculating late fee

GSTR 1 late fee maybe calculated at the time of filing annual return.

GSTR-1 Late Fee :
For Nil return Rs 20 (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10)
For Other than Nil Return Rs 50 (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25).
Note : GSTR 1 Late fee not calculated in portal u serious GSTR 3B return. It will be calculate our own. May be it's applicable on GSTR 9 return...

May be or not. But It's payable by Taxpayer's own calculation.
