i have completed ma articleship in the month of june n till now havn't submitted form 108..
so could u plz let me know all possible consequences for late fillin.
do i need to pay penalty..

YES YOU HAVE TO PAY PENALTY OF RS 300/- FOR LATE UPTO 6 MONTHS. AND RS 1000/- FOR DELAY BEYOND 6 MONTHS.
FURTHER YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT CONDONATION WITH PENALTIES.
yes monoj is correct. but i guess ur sir has to pay penalty
