Late filling of form 108 / 109

Hello Sir,
Myself Deepak and I am stuck in big problem due to non filling of 108 or 109. So please help me out of such problem as soon as possible.

The problem is :-
Maine article start ki 2014 se and 2017 completion year tha but unfortunately maine 2 year me hi quit kar diya and further articlship complete nahi kiya. till now koi bhi form bhi nahi fill kiya hai. now i want to fill such form with late fee. how can I deal with such situations. which form need to be submitted out of above. let me know the late fee also.

Please guide me.
