late filling
I filed gst01 for sep on 21 January how much penalty i will. pay and proceedur

as of now,there are provisions stating late fee but in case of practical implication ,portal is not updated ,so as of now you need not pay late fee ,it may arise in future once the portal is updated
It will be Rs.50 per day (25 CGST & 25 SGST). You may have to pay 11*50=550.
