Dear Experts- We hav a pvt. ltd. co., and we want to close it via EES2010 scheme . while uploading the form 1092EES we found that an old loan taken against machinery in 1997-98 , which was satisfied on 3/11/ 2001 is still shown as open charge against the co. we hav filed form 17 on 7/01/2002 with additional fee.Bank has also given clearance certificate to us on 3r nov 2001.pleasegude as to what should we do.

If charge is satisfied in 2010 how can you file form 17 in the year 2002.
Form 17 is required to file within 30 days of satisfaction of charge and after that you have to go to clb.
It clearly shown in the challan also that you have to file applicatin to CLB if the satisfaction of charge is not registered within 30 days.

loan was satisfied 0n 3/11/2001 and not on 3/11/2010.
Ok then you have to go to clb for late filling of form 17. After that order of CLB is required to be filed with roc then after your charge will be removed from charge index of the site.
