Condonation letter means letter written by principal auditor Mentioning the reasons of delay of submitting the form 108....

DD of Rs.300 need to be submitted if the form  is submitted within 180 days.

I  submitted form 108 in May 2016, but ICAI has asked me to submit the form again as there was some overwriting. My problem is that I don't have details regarding leaves taken and details to be filled in weeks  which I filled in old form 108. Does ICAI cross checks the form? Also do I have to submit late fees and any letter along form 108?

As per my knowledge if you have filled true and correct details there will not be any problem and it will be better if you file a fresh form with late filing fees and condonation letter. 

for that , dd should be drawn on whose name?

Does the condonation letter have to be signed by the principal as well? Also it is 11th August 2017 today, Last date for submitting the CA Final November 2017 form is 25th August! I will in no case get the certificate of completion by that time. what can I do in this situation?

Hello, I have a query regarding articleship..actually i got regd for articleship in 2012 and then i got married with my employer and i completed my articleship in 2015 and after that i left my ca course,now i want to restart and did not obtained my completion letter ,now i took separation from my husband so called my employer and he is not ready to sign my completion letter .Pls suggest what i can do now.
