Kindly tell me if company does not appoint auditor in AGM then what can happen?

Can auditor be appointed in EGM instead of AGM?

If Company fails to appoint auditor in AGM then earlier auditor will continue as auditor of the Company as per 139(10)

Thanks Divesh Ji.

Is it required to file ADT 1.

Cant we appoint him now to file adt 1 so that there would be no additional fees will be charge in ADT 1.

is the ADT-1 Required in case of appointing first auditor

co. incorporated on 23/02/2018 what is the procedure of appointing first auditor

what if auditor appointed by the directord, is the ADT-1 requre or not

Is Problem solved???

For first auditor there is no need to file adt-1,

if the company’s AGM was held on 30 September 2019, then Form ADT 1 has to be filed by 15 October 2019.

Moreover, All the companies are mandatorily required to file Form ADT 1, be it a listed, unlisted, public, private, or any other company.
