Late fees on non filing of gstr 1 but submitted the same

We have SUBMITTED Gstr 1 for January 2018 within due date, the same has been FILED after the due date 10/3/18. Would late fees apply, if yes how much?

if you submitted and not filed within due date then it's treated your return not filed when you file that day will only be taken for calculation of penalty which has been reduced to RS. 50 per day in case of there is no nil return in case of nil return that is Rs. 20 per day. earlier it was waived but present it possibly is being taken. try to file that submitted return as early penalty if it is being levied it will be reflected automatically.
