Late Fees on Gstr 1
So the late fees is waived off only for.gstr 3b.What about 1?Please somebody explain if we have to pay late fees on gstr 3b.

You stated that late fees has been waived. then you are asking whether you have to pay late fee for filing gstr 3b.
Late fee for GSTR 1 is not yet started. You can file it without late fee
Late fee payment at the time filing of GSTR3B
At present the Late Fees is applicable only on FORM GSTR-3B. Late Fees on FORM GSTR-1 is currently not levied now.
