Late fees on GSTR 1
Please clear my doubt whether LATE FEES of RS 50 per day waived on GSTR 3B upto Sep is also applicable for GSTR 1 also...it is quarterly....Moreover PL confirm whether the late fees is waived up to Sept or Oct....Thanks

cause in that period july - sep portal not updated for composition ...
if late fee applucable on gstr 1 then why portal not updated till now for deducted late fee ..
and why gov circular in dec to increase late fee on gstr 1 ...
do not worry file gstr 1 you do not have to pay til sep any late fee ..

Give Any Order or Notifications or Any Other by CBEC... Without any G.O/Notifications/Any other by CBEC then How can we get it...
