Can Late fees charge on GSTR-1 for the month of Dec-18?

The latest notification is to come regarding the filing of returns from 2017-20..wait for it. There is no chance of late fee for GSTR 1..

At present Late Fees for FORM GSTR-1 is not being levied by the portal.
