Late fees field is not appearing in gstr 3b for integrated tax.

Hi,

My income is from export of services to other countries.

I am paying integrated tax through GSTR 3B. Since I am late in filing return, I want to add late fees but the there is no input field for late fees for integrated tax on the form.

what to do?

Late fee is calculated by system itself, sometimes in returns for later period.

Gujart High court delivered interiem order late fee is not applicable for 3b .

late fee is always computed & deposited under head CGST/SGST

the late fees will be paid only under the head CGST and SGST and the portal will calculate it automatically
