Late fees charged in ITR

How was I supposed to know "That" ?? CBDT Will adjust the amount, while giving refund ??

Today is 17th August 2021 and no respite of error resolution on various ITRs or Common Utility and entire EFiling and Validation and Everification process. Everything still stands erroneous.

Indians performed satyagraha once to drive the British out of the nation are today peacefully sustaining the blows from their bureaucracy and a software major IT firm for launching a poor quality product without any proper testing. No protest, no court cases, no PILs.
