For Both : its 50/- (CGST 25/- + SGST 25/-) & 40 (CGST 20/- +SGST 20) for nil return

For Both GSTR1 and GSTR3B : Late fee 50/- (CGST 25/- + SGST 25/-) & 20 (CGST 10/- +SGST 10) for NIL return. Due date for filing GSTR1 for July,2017 to Sept, 2017 was 31.10.2018. Thus the penalty for delayed filing of GSTR1 appears to start from 01.11.2018 onwards.
