what is the late fees charged in 3 b filled how to calculate late fees
any circular of late fees plz attached

Late Fee calculated as per below...

For Nil Return Rs. 20/per day (CGST Rs 10 and SGST Rs 10)

For Other than Nil Return Rs 50/per day (CGST Rs 25 and SGST Rs 25)
