Below Taxable limit means Your all incomes before deductions (CHA VI-A)...?

For late fee purpose, you have to consider total income before chapter VIA deductions .

If such total income is in excess of 250000/- then you have to pay late fee under 234F

I HAVE AN SAME QUERY RELATED WITH LATE FEE OF INCOME TAX

IF WE FILE INCOME TAX RETURN AFTER DUE DATE AND NOT PAID THE LATE FEE IN (OFFLINE FILING MODE)

After receiving notice from IT dept. Better to pay at the time of filling ITR...

Previous Year means which Year/s...?

Is the year asked by You as Financial Year or Assessment Year...?
