I have filled MGT-7 as on 29 January 2021 it generate 6600 late fee. I have filled AGM date 31/12/2020 and due date of AGM 30/09/2020.
I have already filled AOC-4 without late fee with same date as on 23/01/2021 please suggest.

No i have not tick in AGM extension
Than your aoc -4 got wrongly filled and there is a possibility of getting mca notice of delay in agm
