Late fee or interest for late filing of CMP- 08
Is there any interest for late filing of CMP -08, since I have no any transaction during that period??

I just want to clear my doubt that CMP 08 is a Challan or Return. If challan then only interest and if return then both, interest and late fees. My view, suggestions of any....
