I agree with you Mr. VISHRESH. In my previous discussions I too feel a lac of system fulfillment. I too face many problems in this profession.
Though our clients submitted us all their data within times to file their returns, how we can explain them about the glitches of GSTN.

Anyhow we have to welcome the GST reform and guide government with our views.

Also, In my view penalty can be challenged in the court but fees cannot be challenged.

I am sorry for not sharing the exact solution to the above problem.

You are right Sir I have paid 41000/- of late fee From my pocket,

The situation of businessmen and consultants is like the survivors of Hiroshima & Nagasaki after II world war.

Government should relax us and aid itself.

we should Let the government to answer in the law of court.

before that we have to intimate these problems to our constituency member of Legislature.

Above said replies by experts and the forum is says on LATE FEE not penalty. You know understand first the forum then ask it related...

It was the promiss of our govt. that they will never charge any penalty and intrest for first two months .So we can say it a loot
