Any adjustments to reduce or not pay the late as per GSTR3B.

there is no way to reduce.

regulars compliance habit is thw only option to keep penalty low

No way Sir...

You cannot reduce Late Fees of GSTR-3B. Many Registered Person are facing the same problem. But nothing to do.
