I have One listed client and not audted last ten year can i sing last ten year audit report and company Authorised share capital 3 crores and in site 13 crores Managing Director know the fact and can I sing Audit report MD Ask me to mention all facts in your Audit Report can i Give qualified Audit report ... bad me koi problem ho sakta hai ????? please tell your views.........

contact your jurisdiction ROC, because the company must be in default list. you are not able to file the returns.so first get permission from ROC and after the E forms are enabled you can file the necessary auditor appointment first and file all the e forms

It is a very long process. You have to pay hefty penaltyy, late fees and fees etc. Ask ur client to commence another company, if it is possible and then transfer all the assets of the present company by way of take over (consider the capital gain position) and Wait for any voluntary scheme from Ministry of Company affairs to close the present company. But there are lot of ifs and buts.
Agree with Sathianarayanan.t... the company will have to pay a lot of amount towards late fees... i think it wont have even earn that much amount in an year...
what if the company is private company limited by shares ?
