If partnership firm liable for tax audit......... then 30.09.2018

If the Partnership firm under / opt Tax Audit then the Firm's ITR due date 30th September 2018.
Also You and Partners can file their ITR 30th September 2018...

can i recd. rent & interest (bank or loan and advances) income also ?
and any gst payable on rent income or interest

GST not applicable for above said Rent and Interest.... Rental from Residential purpose GST not applicable....
Rental services for residential usage of any house property is nil rated under GST,
And if financing is not your regular business, no need to declare the interest receipts.
